The i-Reserve reservation system works with modules and can be tailored to your needs, you only pay for the modules you need. You are looking for reservation software that makes your job easier, and not everyone needs the same solution. We have a different module for every solution.
Extra modules are easy to add: to export to your financial administration we offer the Export module, for example. The balances are updated immediately. There are interfaces available to REMS, Exact, King, Accountview, Mamut, Snelstart, iMuis and Twinfield.
The Paying online module can connect i-Reserve to a payment provider, like Mollie, Buckaroo or Cardgate, for example. This way, reservations or subscription costs can be payed online easily.
It is possible to record the attendance of a visitor by means of a scanner application. This is also usable as entry check, for tickets for an event or activity, for example.
With the invoice module you can create invoices based on reservations. Besides that you also have extra functionality, like partial invoices, combining draft invoices and organising direct debit.
And if you do not use these functionalities, you do also not pay for it. This way we try to keep it fair for everyone.
