Small implementation package

The tasks below are carried out for you.

  • Configuration of your products.
  • Setting up a standard reservation dialogue for your customers.
  • Setting up a standard workflow with standard emails.

One support session is included, during which we guide you in getting started with i-Reserve and answer any questions you may have.

The small package is a good choice if one or more of the statements below apply to you.

  • You like to do things yourself and have the time to explore and try out the various options.
  • You are fine with a standard setup and standard styling of the reservation dialogue and emails.
  • You prefer not to invest too much financially in preparing your new online reservation system for use.

Standard implementation package

The standard implementation package is the most frequently chosen package. The tasks below are set up for you.

  • Configuration of your products.
  • Setting up the reservation dialogue for your customers. We start from the standard dialogue and fine-tune it based on your preferences.
  • Setting up the workflow with emails that include some additional styling. The workflow is slightly more extensive than the standard workflow and can, for example, include payment reminders.

The two included support sessions provide enough time to go through the chosen setup and answer your questions in detail.

The standard package is the best choice if one or more of the statements below apply to you.

  • You want to get started as quickly as possible and do not have enough time to explore all the possibilities yourself.
  • You need slightly personalised styling of the reservation dialogue and emails.
  • You want to communicate a bit more extensively with your customers (= workflow), for example by sending reminder emails.
  • You want to invest proportionally (time and costs) in getting your new online reservation system ready for use.

Large implementation package

You are relieved as much as possible in terms of configuration and design. Specifically, the tasks below are implemented for you.

  • Configuration of your products.
  • Setting up a personalised reservation dialogue for your customers. We apply extensive styling that matches your corporate identity.
  • Setting up an extensive workflow with personalised emails that feature advanced styling in line with your corporate identity. The workflow can, for example, include payment reminders based on different payment moments in the reservation process, such as a deposit and a remaining amount including a security deposit.

The three included support sessions provide ample time to walk through the chosen setup and, if necessary, adjust it together based on your feedback. There is, of course, also room to answer your questions.

The large package is the right choice if one or more of the statements below apply to you.

  • You want to use i-Reserve as optimally as possible and take the time, with guidance, to explore the various possibilities.
  • You need personalised styling of the reservation dialogue and emails that, within the possibilities of the system, meets your wishes and requirements.
  • You want to communicate extensively with your customers (= workflow). For example, by sending one or more payment reminders, but also other types of reminders such as “Tomorrow is the day, and we look forward to welcoming you…”.
  • You want to invest proportionally (time and costs) in getting your new online reservation system up and running and understanding its ins & outs.
  • You have specific requirements for reserving your products that are not standard. These may require advanced settings that need to be configured carefully.
